The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs is participating in the Grade 12 Career Exhibition 2026 hosted by the Department of Education, in partnership with the Careers Exhibition and Information Association (CEIA), programme aimed at empowering learners with important information and guidance on Post School Education and Training (PSET) opportunities.
The exhibition is designed to support Grade 12 learners as they prepare for life after matric by exposing them to a wide range of career paths, higher education opportunities, skills development programmes, entrepreneurship initiatives, and employment-related information. It also provides learners with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with professionals, institutions and industry representatives, helping them make informed decisions about their future studies and careers.
The Grade 12 Career Exhibition 2026 programme will take place from 18 to 22 May 2026 across the Zululand District, with exhibitions hosted in various localities including Vryheid, Pongola, Nongoma and Ulundi.
This collaboration between government departments and stakeholders reflects a shared commitment to empowering young people through education, career guidance and access to meaningful opportunities that contribute to economic growth and social development in KwaZulu-Natal.
