The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA) is hosting a Youth in Business Awareness Session today at the VA Makhoba Community Hall in Nquthu Local Municipality.

The workshop aims to empower young entrepreneurs by raising awareness of available business opportunities, support structures and the importance of youth participation in economic development.

This initiative brings together key stakeholders to share knowledge, build networks and strengthen partnerships that support youth-owned enterprises. Young people are encouraged to take full advantage of the information and resources shared, as they play a vital role in driving local economic growth.
