The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs participated at the youth information sharing session hosted by the KwaMadlala Tribal Authority in Port Shepstone, at KwaMadlala ward 15, Ray Nkonyeni Local Municipality.
Youth information sessions play a crucial role in enhancing employability and career prospects for the youth. These sessions benefit the youth by giving guidance on skills development, career guidance, networking opportunities, access to resources, increasing motivation, and understanding of employment trends.
Amongst the stakeholders who presented were Work 4 a living, Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), EDTEA youth development, business regulations & environmental management services, Metropolitan, Zomnotho community development and the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture.
