The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs participated in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Market Expansion Workshop held at the Durban Botanic Gardens. This important engagement focused on empowering Micro Small and Medium Enterprises and Co-operatives ( MSMEs) with knowledge and information to enhance market access and growth opportunities.

The workshop is designed to bridge the gap in market access for South African MSMEs. By offering targeted training and resources, the initiative seeks to help small enterprises overcome entry barriers, expand their reach, and thrive in both domestic and international markets.
