The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs is hosting the first day of its 2026/27 strategic planning session in Mayville, Durban.

Led by the MEC for EDTEA, Rev Musa Zondi, the discussions are focusing on reflections from the 2025/26 financial year and the department’s plans and priorities for the 2026/27 period.

The engagement brings together the department’s executive management, public entity CEOs and key stakeholders for robust dialogue and collaboration.
