The female Senior Management Staff Members of KZNEDTEA met to discuss critical issues affecting women in management in the public service.
The session touched on mental health and resilience, the effectiveness and balancing a personal and work life where Prof Nombulelo Magula emphasised the importance of women choosing themselves
The Head of the Department, Mr. Nkontwana delivered a keynote address wherein he outlined the 8 principles.
The last speaker concluded on the importance of these sessions as they assist in improving the mental health that comes with challenges faced by women in management positions in the public service.
