DFFE & KZNEDTA HANDOVER CAMPAIGN

The National Department of Forestry,  Fisheries & the Environment working together with the Department of Economic Development,  Tourism and Environmental Affairs embarked on a mission to handover bins, garden tools and plants to the 6 Schools that were identified by the EDTEA Environmental unit.

This initiative aims to motivate learners to reuse aluminum, paper, glass, plastics, and other materials, in order to save production and energy costs. A demonstration of how to properly plant trees was also done.
