How to Access e-Complaint System (Consumer Complaint)

The e-Complaint System is accessed via e-Government Portal (


First Time Use

  1. If you are using the e-Government Service for the first time, You must first register here (Sign Up / Register), this is a once off registration
  2. You will have an option to receive a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS or email,
  3. And then enter a OTP (One Time Password) and then click on Submit


Registered Already

  1. Click Here to Log Onto e-Government Portal
  2. You are required to enter Email Address, your Password and then click Login.

  3. a.Select Consumer Complaint, then
    b. Select KZN Department of Economic Development, Tourism and environmental Affairs
