KZN B-BBEE AWARDS AND ENGAGEMENT ON THE AMENDED PPPFA

Broad-Based Black Economic  Empowerment (B-BBEE) Compliance is a mandated requirement for all organisations including government institutions.  

Recently, the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA) conducted a B-BBEE verification exercise for all 14 Provincial Departments and the 12 EDTEA entities.  Today, 05 May 2023,  EDTEA is recognizing the efforts made towards economic transformation by these institutions. The  Head of Department, Mr N. Nkontwana officially acknowledged and gave due recognition to all institutions that are B-BBEE compliant.
