INTERGENERATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND YOUTH LIVING WITH DISABILITIES

The Department of Economic Development, Tourism, and Environmental Affairs and EDTEA Public Entities took part in the KZN Provincial Government Imbizo at L-Section Community Hall, KwaMashu.

The aim of the imbizo was to engage with the elderly, women, children, and people living with disabilities on the difficulties they are facing in the community relating to crime, women abuse, and respecting the elderly and youth with disabilities.

The KZN Premier handed over agricultural equipment, blankets, and walking sticks to identified families.
