DRAKENSBERG CABLE CAR SITE VISIT

The Leader of Government and MEC for Economic Development, Tourism, and Environmental Affairs, Mr. Siboniso Duma, conducted an oversight visit at the Drakensberg Cable in the Mazizini area.

The proceedings started with a briefing at the Bergville Sports Complex, where the MEC received a briefing on the status of the project.

Addressing the attendees, the MEC mentioned that various areas are rich in different natural resources, and the Bergville area is notorious for its mountains, famously known as "izintaba zokhahlamba."

Subsequent to the meeting, as per tradition, the Executive Authority paid homage to Inkosi Yase-Mazizini to advise that he would be conducting the oversight visit.

The day’s proceedings were concluded by a helicopter view as part of the oversight visit.
